America was never made from a single thread.
It was shaped by those who arrived searching for freedom, those who were brought here without it, and those whose labor built homes, roads, mills, towns, and fortunes. Their stories remain in brick and stone, in worn fabric, familiar games, inherited customs, and the things we continue to make with our hands.
