Lake Ontario truly was our happy place.
Rich and I have never been afraid to take on an adventure together. We dream together, and then we act on those dreams. Sometimes we know exactly what we’re getting ourselves into. Sometimes we don’t. But somehow, that has always been part of the fun.
Looking at this photograph now, I don’t just see the lake or that rocky shoreline. I see a chapter of our life. A place we loved, a dream we shared, and another adventure we took on together.
And I think that may be what made it our happy place.
